For Bridie's custom tours, we enlist the services of CIE Tours, Ireland's government owned tour company that offers impeccable service. Their coaches seat 48 (Bridie's tours are limited to 32 so there are plenty of free seats) and are mighty comfy with individual climate controls and gigantic windows.
The European hotels are fabulous--check-in is swift, the meals are delicious and your baggage arrives and departs mysteriously from outside your door! And with CIE, there are absolutely no hidden extras--all expenses (with the exception of lunch and souvenirs) are paid before you leave the US. And the fabulous Irish scenery is free!

And, by booking with a group, we are taking advantage of the tour company's wide range of hotels at specially negotiated rates throughout Ireland. And, all of the accommodations they provide have been thoroughly inspected by their staff, to ensure the very highest standards of quality, location, and service.
No Hidden Extras
Our tour company does not believe in offering "optional" extras when you are on vacation. This policy allows the tour director to focus totally on our needs, rather than selling optional tours extras. That is why every meal and attraction is pre-paid with the purchase price of the tour.

Sit back and relax in your comfortable seat while someone else does the driving. State of the art coaches feature panoramic windows for optimum viewing of the countryside, reclining seats, individual climate controls, and a public address system ensure your well being.
Baggage Handling
Once you meet your tour director, you don't have to handle your luggage again! At every hotel your suitcase is delivered (thus the need for a list of roommates!) from the coach to your door and collected again on departure. [Luggage is restricted to one suitcase and one carry on]
Hotel Arrivals
When you travel as a group, you benefit from speedy check-ins and outs. On arrival at a hotel, you just pick up your key, which will be waiting for you at arrival at the front desk.
Meals
Every morning breakfast is served in your hotel--a full cooked Irish breakfast is offered. A tabled'hote dinner is a 4-course meal with 2 to 5 choices of appetizers, entrees and desserts, followed by tea or coffee. Special requests for vegetarian meals should be made upon arrival at the hotel. Lunch stops are at self-service restaurants so that you can choose what you like while saving valuable time for sightseeing.
